Please read this first

These terms set the basic rules between you and PornMini. By entering the site, searching, or opening a result, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the service. The age notice, Privacy Policy, and feature-specific notices shown on the site form part of this agreement.

Age and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and have reached the legal age for viewing adult material where you live. You are also responsible for confirming that access is lawful in your location and for keeping the site away from minors. We may restrict access when there is a reasonable concern about age, legality, abuse, or safety.

What PornMini provides

PornMini indexes publicly accessible adult-video pages and provides search, filters, video information, and outbound links. We generally do not host the video files referenced by results and do not control third-party players. Titles, thumbnails, tags, durations, and source details may come from third parties or automated processing and can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong.

A listing does not mean PornMini partners with the source, approves the material, or guarantees that it is lawful. Ranking is not an endorsement of quality, safety, or authenticity.

Permitted use

PornMini is offered for adults' personal, lawful, non-commercial search. You may save ordinary page links and use standard browser features. You may not bypass access controls, copy the index in bulk, interfere with the service, or use it for an unlawful purpose.

Prohibited conduct

• Seeking, accessing, uploading, distributing, or promoting sexual material involving minors, non-consensual material, voyeuristic recordings, trafficking, or other illegal content.
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated requests in a way that creates unreasonable load, evades rate limits, or copies substantial datasets without written permission.
• Probing vulnerabilities, bypassing security, introducing malicious code, impersonating another person, or disrupting users or infrastructure.
• Using results to invade privacy, harass, stalk, extort, defraud, or infringe copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Removing rights notices, suggesting that you represent PornMini, or using the PornMini brand for an unauthorized commercial service.

Third-party sites and paid services

After you leave PornMini, the destination controls its content rules, privacy practices, accounts, subscriptions, payments, and refunds. Decide for yourself whether a link is safe, the content is lawful, and a charge is acceptable. PornMini is not a party to those transactions, does not hold third-party account or payment details, and cannot issue a refund for another company.

Content, copyright, and removal requests

Third-party titles, marks, thumbnails, and videos remain the property of their respective owners. PornMini's interface, code, branding, and original text are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where fair use or another legal exception applies, they may not be copied or republished without permission.

If you are a depicted person, rights holder, or authorized agent and believe a result is infringing, non-consensual, unlawful, or unsafe, contact the address in the Footer. Include the URL, an explanation of your rights or connection to the material, the action requested, and a reliable way to reply. We review complete notices in good faith and may hide or remove a result while investigating. Knowingly false or abusive notices may carry legal consequences.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how anonymous visit identifiers, search terms, device details, and contact emails are handled. Do not put unnecessary identity documents, financial information, or other sensitive details into a search or routine support message.

Service changes and availability

We may add, modify, pause, or discontinue features; refresh the index; change ranking; remove broken results; or limit unusual requests. We aim for a dependable service but do not promise that a particular result will remain available, that the site will be uninterrupted, or that every field is correct. Maintenance, security events, third-party failures, and network conditions can cause downtime.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PornMini is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no express or implied promise about the legality, accuracy, quality, security, availability, or suitability of third-party content. You decide whether to open, watch, download, register, or pay, and you remain responsible for device safety, local law, and your own choices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PornMini and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the site, third-party content, lost data, account or billing issues, malware, privacy incidents, or business interruption. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains governed by applicable law. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Responsibility for your conduct

If your unlawful use, breach of these terms, infringement of another person's rights, or misuse of automation causes reasonable claims, losses, or costs to PornMini, the operator, or supporting providers, you are responsible to the extent permitted by law. We will provide reasonable notice of a claim and may control its defense and settlement.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law that applies to the PornMini operator and the dispute, without taking away consumer protections that cannot be waived where you live. If a problem arises, contact us first using the address in the Footer; we would prefer to resolve it directly and in good faith. If one provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as features, risks, or legal requirements change and will place the new effective date at the top. Material changes affecting your rights or duties will receive reasonable notice. Continuing to use PornMini after a revision takes effect means you accept it; if you disagree, stop using the service.
